About Us
Shaun Procter-GreenShaun Procter-Green has been teaching Mathematics and Statistics at both GCSE and A level since 1989 and more recently has also taught A level Psychology. He has had management roles in Mathematics and cross curricular roles in Gifted and Talented, Aim Higher and Examinations before going part-time to concentrate on family and examining.
Shaun began examining at key stage 3 in 1992 and moderating GCSE Statistics in 1993. GCSE Examining in Mathematics followed in the mid 1990s with promotion to Team Leader in 2000.
He became Principal Examiner in Mathematics in 2005 and in Statistics in 2006. He is also Principal Examiner on the Functional Mathematics GCSE pilot and examines at A Level in Statistics.
Shaun is still a coursework adviser and team leader in coursework for GCSE Statistics and has worked with QCA in developing exemplar resources for the new controlled assessments in GCSE. He has presented numerous meetings for teachers in Mathematics and Statistics.
Shaun has had books published with 3 different publishers on Mathematics and Statistics.
Outside of education, Shaun is a keen football referee being an Assistant Referee on the FA Premier League and having officiated abroad and at Wembley.
Tacey Procter-GreenTacey Procter-Green completed a degree in environmental science with Qualified teacher status in 2001, since then she has been teaching in primary schools full time and then part time after the birth of her first child. More recently, after the birth of her second child, she left work to spend time with her family and supporting Shaun in setting up Principal Exams UK Ltd. Tacey will be your main contact for information about and the setting up of training courses.
